    BuddyX requires the BuddyPress Template Pack “BP Nouveau” to be active. Please activate this Template Pack from the BuddyPress Options.

    Hello!

    When you have Youzify enabled in your WP dashboard, this message appears.

    Checking the Buddypress settings, the template is active.

    When you deactivate Youzify, the message disappears.

    Thank you for reaching us.

    At the moment, Youzify works best with the BP Legacy template. You can still use BP Nouveau, but please note that some minor incompatibilities may occur.

    As I mentioned earlier, Youzify currently works best with the BP Legacy template. I believe the issue on your website was resolved after you switched the template from Nouveau to Legacy.

    Hello!

    The toggle switch somehow worked for a moment.

    But then the problem recurred and hasn’t gone away.

    So it continues like this. The template can’t be changed in Buddypress.
