• Hi,
    Me again,
    Is this a bug ?:
I was just editing a record of the list of participants (in the backoffice by a click on the pencil) .
I was just inverting the contents of First Name and Last Name, the participant having made a mistake. When I came back to the list by recording this only change, I saw there was no more value in the “Date Recorded” field (and neither in “Last accessed”).
Why does an editing of other fields erase those values ?
They shouldn’t be changed, should they ?

    A pic of the problem:

You are right, that should not happen. Are you using the latest version of Participants Database?

    Yes I am.
    Latest WP and latest PDB.

And it’s still happening since you updated? I can’t seem to get it to do that for me.

I suggest you try putting in the date for the “date_recorded” value, see if it sticks.

    Yes, unfortunately, it’s still happening.
    I tried everything :
    export my DB in CSV,
    remove the plugin PDB,
Drop the 3 fields for PDB with PhpMyAdmin (is it intended that they stay when you remove the plugin?)
Reinstall PDB et import the CSV
New test=same problem : when I click “ENREGISTRER” or “APPLIQUER”, both fields “Date recorded” ans “Last Accessed” are emptied.
    It’s really weird.
Could this be again a specific problem of the French version?

Not likely to be a problem with the translation, but I can’t say what it is. When you import the records, are those fields blank before you’ve tried to edit the record?

No, they’re fulfilled and when I edit the record even whithout changing anything, the simple act of clicking “APPLIQUER” erase “Date recorded” ans “Last Accessed”.

Tried to disable JavaScript, tried on another site: always the same.
It’s really weird, but don’t bother too much if I’m single with this problem…

PS: New test with a brand new installation after desinstalling PDB, dropping PDB fields, reinstalling , creating of a single test record online (no csv, so no problem on this side) and still the same bug…
