    Hi,
if you book an appointment and go to the last step, but instead of finalize or refreshed and return to the first step, previously unavailable days are displayed as available and this leads to double bookings.
I recognize the same problem on the demo page on your homepage.

I make a booking choose an extra amount go to the last step and instead of finalize open the demo window again and go step by step and all dates are available at once.
It doesn’t happen all the time, but occasionally.
Maybe you already know that, otherwise I hope that it will be fixed soon.

    Many greetings

PS: Sorry for my english, translated with google translate

    Edit: On the demo page

    1. Go through all the steps

    2. instead of finalize on account or for a higher chance of error on salon booking dashboard

    3. Run demo again or visit start from the dashboard. Everything tested with katy.

Extreme to represent the error more often the best variant. Customers usually only go back before the finalize and there it is 1 out of maybe 30. But not good for the employees.

I think that the problem occurs more often when the cache of the user’s browser stores it, especially when making multiple bookings. Often recognizable by Apple users.

    Hi,

could you share a screen video where we can see the steps you do?

    Than you

please confirm briefly when it was seen so that I can delete it again. I simply reloaded the page by clicking on the logo. like some customers do it mobile.

it would be nice if the form is deleted after reloading and this error may no longer occur.

    Hello again … 🙂

I tested something and maybe it will help you further.

During all the testing, I noticed that it only occurs when you are logged in (error only after logging in).
I have set up a session timeout for customers and as soon as the customer is logged out again (session timeout 1 min) everything works as it should. Is there perhaps a way to set the plugin so that all data is undone when the page is refreshed (logout and selected services)?

Since I also have this problem if the customer wants to book another appointment and as long as he is logged in, the error persists.

    Nice day

Perfect thank you!! Reacts very quickly to a real problem !!! The (Codecanyon) Premium is coming next weekend.

    Respect your work !!

Maybe a wish !! Would it be possible at some point in the future to get the employees in the back end calendar (day view) Sticky? Since you quickly swapped the columns of the employees … That would be great!
