It shouldn’t be happening but it’s not any known/identified bug. If it is a bug – it would be related to either some additional aspects of form configuration or to some specifics of the site.
We’ll need to check it so would you please export and share the form in question so we could test it?
To export the form:
– go to the “Formiantor -> Forms” page and use “Export” option from the menu under the little “gear” icon next to form
– put export code at pastebin.com service or upload exported file to your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar file storage
– then post direct public link to it in response here
Note: this will only share form template and settings with us; any submission data will not be included.
Once we get the form, we’ll be able to test and check it on our end and see what to do next to get it solved for you.

Hello,
Yesterday when creating a new site I encountered a bug with forminator several times.
I created a simple form for a simple contact but as soon as I added the selective menu the form did not want to register and display an error message.
Did you get a report on this? Are you currently working on it?

To check this issue, I imported the form to a test website but was unable to notice any problems. Can you please share a screenshot of the error at your end to better understand it?
