    I closed one ticket after upgrading to 4.8.4 and now it is auto-selected “close ticket” in dropdown when replying to tickets. I replied to two other tickets that I wanted to remain open, but they closed upon reply on accident. Now I can’t find them in “closed” tickets list, they have disappeared.

    Thanks Travis. I missed it because I was working with only closed tickets on my test site. It was a quick and simple mistake and the same can be said for the fix. Version 4.8.5 is out now and resolves the issue. Thanks again.

    Those tickets that accidentally got closed, are they deleted then now? They are not showing up after the patch.

    Unfortunately those tickets were marked for deletion.
