i think it wont matter because the images were offline when i clicked the thumbnails, it seems like the images were never uploaded.

If not, is there a chance you can give me access to the administration area of your site? A role like “Author” should be enough to see the media library and be able to upload, so I could see if I can understand what’s happening…

Ive noticed that the problem is occurring again even if the plugin is already deactivated. now, i got more confused.
The issue has been resolved, thank you for pointing out what the real problem was and I have referred it to my host for support and they said that it was the problem related to my theme not with the plugin (duplicate post).
