[Bug] Cannot Disable All Features

    To reproduce:

    1. Go to PublishPress > Settings.
    2. On the “General” tab, uncheck ALL checkboxes.
    3. Save

    Expected behavior:

    No checkboxes are selected. All features are disabled.

    Actual Behavior

    Whatever checkboxes were previously checked remain checked. There is no problem selecting any other number of checkboxes between 1 and all.

    Why?

    I’ve got a site on Bylines and we’re interested in migrating to the Multiple Authors add-on. I’ve been told this requires running PublishPress, but I’m unclear if we’ll want any other features from PublishPress. Right now, I’m testing how much of PublishPress I can disable while still using Multiple Authors.
