scroll button back up on computer is O.K. Example: the basic color is set to red – when the button is pressed, it changes to the set color blue. If I scroll the page again, the button is back again.
But on the phone that scroll button is still blue. It won’t change to that basic red color.

I tested it on my iPhone, i do not see the issue you mentioned, the button is back to red when scroll down again. Here’s a screen record:

So it works on IOS system, if it’s a system specific issue, then we don’t have a solution for that, unfortunately.
