    Hello, for some time now it has been impossible to edit the columns of my quad menu I don’t know why, my theme is managed by Divi otherwise there is nothing special.

    I arrive from base on the “Default” tab but I can’t access “General”, “Icon”, “Background”, “Width” and “Columns”.

    does anyone have an idea?

    I didn’t see anything in the apache logs unless there was a special log console for quadmenu?

    On the other hand I noticed that the email and the license key have disappeared so I tried to put them back but here is the message indicated: “Status: Error – (An error occurred, please try again)”…

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
