Bug coming in from Google?

    We have recently discovered an odd bug, hopefully you can help.
    We connected this plug-in to our facebook and it works usually.

    But my client claimed that upon going into the page, clicking on the feed, the modal doesn’t show (just a darkened screen). I was unable to reproduce it until I discovered that he went in from Google search. I was able to reproduce that same problem. It works fine otherwise (by going to the website from URL directly)

    Hi @cesmus,

    Thanks for putting your time into making the video and explaining the issue very well. I can see the issue on your website. I will try to replicate on one my development website and see what is causing the issue.

    Hi @cesmus,

    Can you please try adding the following code in your theme functions.php file?

    add_filter( 'allowed_http_origins', 'add_allowed_origins' );
function add_allowed_origins( $origins ) {
    $origins[] = 'http://lstimes.ca';
    return $origins;
}

    Let me know if it fixes your issue.

    Hi Danish, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Unfortunately the code didn’t solve the issue. Upon further investigation I realize the problem was “www”. The crawled results on google is point to [ redundant link removed ], but I have updated a new site which is now non www.

    I tried going directly to www and was able to reproduce the same problem. Only by going directly to lstimes.ca that this doesn’t happen.

    Hope you are doing good today 🙂

    I tried replicating this issue on my end but it didn’t appear. I just visited your website by searching from google and it works fine.

    Please try incognito mode and try clearing the cache.
