Bug date Birth Day

Hello,

I have a problem with my birthday form. When I use the original version, when I go to filter in the member directory, I don’t have the figures appearing, I just have the notion of minimum and maximum. When I look at the url I see that the age figures appear. If I clone anniversary date, I no longer have the slide range in the member directory but just boxes, if I click on it I have a calendar that appears.
I need to clone it to set age for male and female and couples.
