Bug double mail notification

Hello,
I’m having a problem with the plugin. I’m receiving two emails informing me that a page has been modified. The first email is correct and informs me that user A has modified the page. However, I’m also receiving a second email at the same time, telling me that user B has modified the same page, but only user A has modified the page.
Could the problem be with {page_last_editor_display_name}?
Have you ever had this problem?
