We are wondering if there is any issue when it does the client_email cleanup process (line 144 //Clean up Clients Array So no duplicate client titles happen) . We are most definitely not putting a duplicate of the email address. It seems to occur also when we create a second or third design for the same client.
Oh and I should add the email address appears in the field twice without any spaces or commas to separate them.
ie: [email protected]@emailaddress.com so the client_email cleanup process likely wouldn’t fix this problem.

Try upgrading your das plugin to version 4.1.7 and see if the problem persists.

Ok. We will try upgrading when we get a chance. We did customize some of the plugin a little for our requirements so would have to be sure to push those customizations through to the upgrade too.
We have now updated to the latest version (4.1.7) and will see how we go. Fingers crossed it doesnt happen anymore as it throws DAS Clients to our homepage because the login fails. :-S
Does everything seem to be working ok now?
So far so good. Three weeks since the upgrade and the problem hasn’t occurred yet, so hopefully it has fixed itself with the upgrade. Thank you for following up. 🙂

Unfortunately this problem has come up again only just today and this is on the latest version (4.1.7) as mentioned that we upgraded to over a month ago now.
We hadn’t seen the problem for all this time until again today where a client had trouble logging in to view their designs for approval and when we logged in (as the admin) to check the settings on the project it had the email address under the ‘Email address of Company of Client for this project is for.’ twice in the field.
The client had originally been able to login to view their project but then when we created a second version from the initial project they then couldn’t login the next time. Oddly it doesnt seem to happen every time so something in particular is triggering some times and not others for this duplicate of email address to end up in this field.
