bug fixed(v0.2.9.27). pagenav in shortcode do not function.

When I set num in shortcode and more item(>num) needs to show. the paginator is generated in the bottom. I have no chance to disable that paginator even when i set pagenav=0 in shortcode. I read the source and figure out that the pagenav parameter was forgotten.
This gist should fix the bug.
