Bug in accents export

    I went to Manage/Export/Download Export File in my site administration and, when I open the xml file in my computer, it shows

    A Grande Abóbora

    instead of

    A Grande Abóbora

    It happens with all the accented vowels (á, é, í, ó, ú, à, è, ì, ò, ù, ã, õ) and special characters, like ç. I tried to open the file in Notepad, Dreamweaver and Emacs, and all these softwares show the same error.

    How do I can export my file correctly?
