I have been using Amelia for about 9 months.
On many occasions, there have been malfunctions in making appointments.An employee being marked as unavailable in the form while he is there in the calendar.
The plugin has some cool features, but it’s locked (even in pro version), there’s no logic.
For example:
– it is impossible to create a client that does not exist in the appointment form, you must quit the form and create it in the client form.
– In the frontend employee panel, it is impossible to create a customer, you have to go to the wordpress admin interface.
– There are a lot of updates from Amelia, bug fixes, at first it seemed like a quality, and a follow-up product, but now I have the impression of weakness.I just want a product that works, because it is used professionally, and it is unacceptable for such a product to be unstable.
I have the impression of a plugin that does not fit into the wordpress concept, like an old application developed to work alone.
I opened a ticket a few days ago, but I’m just waiting for the plugin to work on its own, and fine.
