Bug in coupons for subscriptions

After the large update of Woocommerce and Woocommerce Subscriptions (both are in the latest versions), coupons are not working as they should on subscriptions.

We have coupons with “Percentage discount” – before the large Woocommerce update (3.0) these discounts would only add a discount to the first payment (so the cart payment). However, now this coupon ALSO add the discount to the recurring amount (which it obviously shouldn’t). It’s not just a display error in cart/check-out, the recurring payments in Woocommerce backend are also impacted.

You can try to test it here with the coupon “njord50” which is a “Percentage discount” on 50 % (so should give you 50 % on first month). But as you can see it gets added to both cart payment and recurring payments: http://www.njordnutrition.com/product/njord-25b?lang=en
