    Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing the system status report. Everything appears fine at the moment. I tried to replicate the issue on two different sites, but I wasn’t able to replicate the problem, which suggests that there may be a plugin on your site causing the issue. I noticed that you’re using several plugins on your site.

    Additionally, I can see that information related to the database is redacted. Could you please ensure that the database is also updated during updates? The database version should match the plugin version. You can check the database version in the System Status Report on your site.

    For testing purposes, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and see if you still encounter the same issue?

    Also, could you please share the Fatal Error Logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? You can use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ to share the log and provide a link to that paste in your reply.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
