Bug in Form Builder

    When using the form builder the Input Field Style colour selection doesn’t work. As you can see from the attached image working on the First Name Field the colour orange has been selected but the text remains as default grey.

    Thank you for trying out Mail Mint.

    It seems like you’re willing to change the color of the placeholder text. Can you let us know?

    We don’t have the option to change the placeholder text color of the fields yet.

    Also, can you input any text on this field on the front end and see if the text color is appearing as the one you’ve set?

    You see, this is not actually a bug. What you saw, was the placeholder text.

    We tested the color changes on texts on our end, and it’s working.

    Right now, we don’t have the option to change placeholder text, but we’ll be adding this option soon.

    Yes I can confirm the Input Field Style work. Without the option to change the palceholder text colour there is the potential that the background colour is set to something that is “on brand colours” that makes the placeholder text invisible. Additionally, it would be useful to have a separate value for the place holder text to allow, for example, the lable text to be Phone Number but the placeholder text to be Evening Telephone Number Only.
