• Hi there,

First of all, well done for this fantastic plugin.

Second, thanks a lot for adding the CSV import, it’s going to be most useful.

Unfortunately, I tried importing a Mailchimp list, and the import is only partially successful.

With the list as exported by MC, it fails importing all the users.
I tried to delete all the fields except email, first name and last name, as well as the first line (field names), but still the CSV import only imports 3 users out of five.

Is this a limitation of the free version, or is it a bug?

I’m happy to send you my CSV file if you would like to test.

    Keep up the good work!

Must be a bug or an issue with your site. We’ve test imported 100,000 users with no issue.

Could you send us the list? We’ll test it out for sure. Also send along your support info in the email.

    Hi Manni02,

Just wanted to thank you for sending over your info. We have found a few bugs with the import and will be releasing a new version with a bunch of fixes. You should then be able to import your lists without issue.

    Best,
    Josh

Try upgrading to the new version we released today. Should fix your import issues.

Thanks, I upgraded to the latest version, and it works much better:

    1) the field names (email, first and last name) are automatically (and correctly) detected
    2) all the users import

There is still one bug though, which that one of the users (the same as last time) is not imported correctly (missing first name and last name).

Not a big problem as it might be specific to my installation if you can’t reproduce.

Thanks for the feedback! Glad it’s working.

I think the reason that record did not import is that if the subscriber already existed, the CSV import does not overwrite. It’s probably because you removed the subscriber from the list, but it still existed in the database under “All Subscribers”.
