Your plugin change the global $post variable, when I navigate on an slider page and print the $post it show me the page post type, but I am in a custom post type. I uninstalled your plugin and it works perfectly.Please read this article it will be helpful global post change after query. This is the Solution I tried and the bug disappeared , the lines I added is commented with //added. Please see and fix this bug.

Hi thanks for bringing this up to me! I actually thought wp_reset_postdata() took care of everything and changed back global $post to its value before the loop. I’ll look this up and add a fix in the next update.

Since this was an error in the past when the sitemaps were static instead of dynamic as of now, this fix has now been removed since it’s now longer necessary. If you would still encounter it (that will say if you’re still using the plugin) please let me know and I’ll look it up.

However I would be heavily surprised if it did so 🙂
