• Hello,

After a full update on all of the sites we have the plugin we noticed that the quantity on checkout was broken. When a user tried to increase the quantity the price was increased but the quantity stayed the same. Although the price is correct this creates a lot of confusion to our employees.

Disabling the plugin solves this issue.

Notice on the screenshot the disparity.

    1. The “decimal-product-quantity-for-woocommerce” plugin does not support work on pages with a Block Structure.
Try using the “Checkout” Page in Classic View.

    2. By default, the “Checkout” (Classic) page does not have the ability to change the Product Quantity.
What Plugin do you use for this?

We use woodmart theme which gives the ability to change quantity on checkout, before the updates the functionality was working okay, after the update it is not, we are not sure if it was caused by the update to the plugin itself or the theme and right now it is pretty hard to find out.

We also use the default cart page provided by woodmart. WE use elementor as builder but we do not have touch this page with it

    Before the updates…
    What exactly did you update?

All the plugins including yours and the theme.

Try set Off “change quantity on checkout page” on WoodMart Theme.

Yes we already did this, also we changed the option to update add to cart to yes from your plugin and disable it from the theme which also helped, unfortunately the issue is not fully resolved and still creates problems. I would like to ask if you have earlier versions of your plugin we can try with.

If it is necessary we can purchase premium support if you offer it to try to debug the problem.

    1. Each new version contains important fixes for previously discovered issues.
Therefore, there is no point in going back to previous versions.

But you can take the Stable Previous ones, they are on the Plugin website.

    2. I looked at your Shop now and I see that everything is OK.
What are you not happy with now?

    3. You do not need to buy premium support. Because if there really is a Problem with the Plugin, then need to find a way to fix it.

in another site we have if you go here
    https://agnomarket-meat.gr/shop/kreopoleio/voeio-mosxari/tas-kebap-ao-voeio-eisagogis/

and add to the cart two times using the two different options, and add different quantity each time ( 2kg for the first time and 4kg for the second time you add to the cart for example) and then you go to the cart page and remove one of the options then the other product says quantity 1. The problem gets worse when you have ( along with the previous) other products like
    https://agnomarket-meat.gr/shop/pantopoleio/katepsygmena/patates/patata-1-kl-ktps-eisagogis/

Which are always single piece then the quanity might change to something like 0.84 when the user removes from a duplicate product ( same product different options). This creates huge problem as we can not understand what the customer has ordered.

Strange. This problem was solved in version 18.57
    * Fix Cart Processing after remove Variation Item.

I’ll have to think about it.

I’ve been having this same issue for a while as well. Interestingly, the email invoice that gets sent to the customer has the correct quantities, but the order email we receive and the order in the dashboard appears incorrect.

So at least as a workaround, you can check your sent mail and see what the customer received in their order confirmation.

I’ve been struggling to recreate so I will try those steps and see if that recreates the issue on our site.

    Hi Thirstyquaker!

I checked on a completely clean WP & Woo
    Everything works OK.
I can’t repeat the error you described.
