I do see that the “Dental Clinic” event is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but I’m not sure I understand what the issue here actually is. The “3:00 PM” row is taken by the “Dental Clinic” event because the event lasts until 3:59, technically. And the “4:00 PM” row is available because there are no other events after the event. So let me know how the timetable should be displayed in your opinion.
