    Hi there,

The html editor seems to be broken. I got a lot of complaints from users that are using my job board http://www.onstartupjobs.com

When you are writing a text using paragraph tags /br /p /li etc, in the preview or when you submit the job it appears as a plain text. Could you please support us to that?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Best Regards
    Pan Div

You mean if you actually insert <p> etc? Its a visual editor so if you want to add html you need to click the little ‘html’ button above the editor and paste it there.

I mean if you use the bullets and the numbering when you write in the editor. If you go to preview it appears as a plain text without the formatting(bullets or numbers)

I just checked the previous version of the plugin and works ok.

Basically in the previous version it works only the jobdescription editor, the company description is still broke.

    “company description”

What field is that? The only WYSIWYG editor which will allow html is the ‘job description’. You cannot use html in the other fields due to the sanitization.

So company description is probably a field that jobify has added. But also in the job description field the html is broken. isn’t it?

I don’t see it on your site – I see tagline but thats not for html.

Could you check to see if there are any jobify updates? Better yet, switch themes temporarily and see if its solved – then you know whats causing it.

The jobify guys reported the issue here https://github.com/mikejolley/WP-Job-Manager/issues/91

Will be fixed in the next update.
