bug in time setting field

    It still occurs in EM 7.2.2.1: When a new event is created and the date and time are entered correctly, the time is always reset to 0 when the event is saved. I can’t figure out whats causing this, its annoying 🙁

    If you roll back to 7.1.7, it works fine and the time remains as entered.

    This is Events Manager on WordPress 6.8.3, PHP 8.4.1.3, and My SQL 5.7.
