Bug in title "filtering" ?

Hi there,
I have the following issue, the title of the article is:
DOD, VA have no idea if $9.3 billion spent on PTSD worked
But in the related articles it shows as:
DOD, VA have no idea if .3 billion spent on PTSD worked
I’m assuming whatever filtering is going on, it’s taking out the $9.
Any ideas?
