Style > Title > Color doesn’t change for you? Does the change happen in the editor, but just not on the live site? If so, then https://docs.elementor.com/article/204-my-changes-do-not-appear-online might help. If you don’t even see the change in the editor, though, that’s not something I’ve seen before.
Hi @cavalierlife, the colors don’t change both in the editor and in the live site. Is there anything that we/you can do to fix this issue?

Hi @lisaelementor, yes. I still experience the same issue.
Sounds like either your theme or another plugin is conflicting (or perhaps a custom CSS rule you’ve implemented). I can’t reproduce the problem, so I’d recommend the following:
1. Temporarily switch to a default WP theme (or a different one if you are using one already). If the problem resolves itself then you know the theme is overriding the Elementor changes. Either discuss the problem with the theme developer or use a different theme.
2. Deactivate all other plugins and see if the problem resolves itself. If it does, then reactivate each plugin, one by one, until you find the plugin that breaks it again. Either discuss the problem with the plugin developer or use a different plugin.
3. Check any custom CSS (such as anything entered in a child theme stylesheet or Additional CSS tab in WP Customizer).
4. Clear all cache (server cache, cache plugin, and browser cache), use a different browser or an incognito browser.
