I have three user levels and one of them need to have access control. Only the administrator with access control affect my system. Please leave access control as it was.

I need exactly this. In an earlier version of ultimate member had this access control option. Now the access control is only for admin user.
We can’t really make modifications based on each person needs, i said that we’ll do update that will include option to this, so that should keep you patient, I hope you can wait for next update as we can’t go pushing updates on every request.
