Bug in WordPress Simple Custom CSS und JS Plugin

Hello everyone.

I’ve only been using Simple Custom CSS and JS for a short time and have been impressed by its functionality.

But now I noticed a problem that looks like a bug in the plugin.

1. I make a backup of the development environment using WPvivid.
2. I install the backup file in the ONLINE version and install it without errors.
3. The ONLINE website is missing the background (a CSS from “Simple Custom CSS and JS”) and all caches and cookies have been deleted

…

As you can see, the code in the CSS is the correct one but is not used. As soon as I click refresh without having made any changes and without refreshing the website, it works without any problems
