About bugs:
3) fixed. We don’t know what was the reason, but after saving the translation several times, which also appears in WP settings, not only in Loco translations, the text appeared in a translated version.

When designing the numbering, it was created from 2 fields, two circles. The settings allow you to change the color of the outer circle, but not the inner circle – you just forgot about it.
Themes don’t matter here. We use more than 50 themes and the problem is the same everywhere as far as bug 2 and bug 3 are concerned (3 is just a typo).

Well, I have checked this from my end. The additional background you are seeing for ‘Item Background Color’ is not actually a bug instead it was meant to show like this. It’s part of the design actually. Anyways, we will add the option to change Inner circle background in the future as well.
About the bug 2 you have reported, we will fix this in the next update.

Your help is rated at *****. We’re waiting for updates. As far as the Item Background Color is concerned, we understand that it is an element of design, but it is constructed in such a way that it is impossible to maintain color consistency. A blue-coloured circle shines through some colours and gives a very ugly effect or a colour mixed with 2 colours is dramatically different or optically unattractive.
