I know that Cloudinary by manual upload does this, to prevent duplicate filenames.

I did not expect that the WordPress plugin for some reason does not add the random string!

Please add the random string append, at least as a config option.

Right now I synced a months of location photos into Cloudinary and they are served WRONG because the filenames for each locations are like 13-3.JPG, always the same.

Cloudinary did not create subdirs for synced images and just overwrote each old image with a new one from the new WP subdir.

Please add the random string append, at least as a config option, this is just lazy coding.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @theorydigi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We are actually adding a random string in the Cloudinary Media Library however, as mentioned in the review you submitted, we did spot an issue with this.

Also, if you can share more details, please create a ticket to [email protected].

    Thanks in advance.
