Finally a plugin reset did the trick! I managed to upgrade 😅
I am getting a warning in the layout box editor, only on users, not guest authors. This is not blocking though.
Okay… the problem shows up when picking another template for the box than the default one. Tried it on a fresh install.
Does that warning say something like the message below?
Attempt to read property "ID" on null
If it does not, could you please provide more details about the warning message you’re seeing?
And regarding the warnings you reported at first, we have applied a fix. It will be included in the next plugin update (4.7.5).
Did you have the chance to update to the latest 4.7.5 version? Are the PHP warnings gone now?

Update looks fine ! The warnings were showing up when using a different template than the default one for the guest author box. I will let you know if I see anything odd!
