Bug on the official website – Refund problem

    I need help and I can’t get it.
    I bought the plugin a few days ago and I can’t activate it. I bought it just as they were doing a site transaction (themeum for tutorlms).

    I can’t find my activation key on the new site.
    I’m wasting time with this setback.

    I would like a refund.
    My paddle order number: 61935096
    Date of purchase: May 24, 2024
    Amount paid: US$ 159.20

    I’m waiting to hear back with my refund.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
