bug or fail config?

    I have literary no idea whats going on.

    If i enable minify css and visit my web in IE myweb.com/postname its all messed up/broken css but its good in ff/chrome
    If i enable minify js and visit my main page in chrome/ff none of the sliders are moving but if on IE its all good.
