    Hi,

    It’s hard to tell what went wrong. Did the plugin create new pages? If so you can check if they were made with a different page slug.

    If no pages were made, I guess the plugin’s options are still in the database. You can try installing the plugin, uncheck the “keep data on uninstall” option, remove the plugin and any remaining plugin pages and then reinstall.

    This does not work, as I have said it to work on two other sites but not! What can it come? We need this plugin to

    With only this information I can not help. I guess the best thing you can do is examine your server logs. See if those contain information that can help shed some light on the situation. Or ask your web hoster for assistence.
