• I was having a ton of trouble finding a place to post this issue. Community is closed since I’m a non-paying member, There’s no “Submit a Bug” option in Support Tickets, there’s no github location for WooThemes Helper.

    Anyway here’s what I got

I’m running the latest version of WordPress ( 4.1.1 ) and have the following plugins installed with their latest versions:

    – All in One WP Security ~ 3.9.4
    – Contact Form 7 ~ 4.1.1
    – Really Simple Captcha ~ 1.8.0.1
    – TinyMCE Advanced ~ 4.1.7
    – WooCommerce ~ 2.3.7
    – WooCommerce – Gift Cards ~ 1.7.1
    – WooCommerce Authorize.net AIM Gateway ~ 3.3.1
    – WooThemes Helper ~ 1.4.1
    – WP Mailto Links ~ 1.5.0

When viewing the Dashboard -> Update page ( /wp-admin/update-core.php ) I get the following errors:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /wp-content/plugins/woothemes-updater/classes/class-woothemes-updater-self-updater.php on line 100

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$compatibility in /wp-content/plugins/woothemes-updater/classes/class-woothemes-updater-self-updater.php on line 101

  • Hi,
Might be a plugin/theme conflict. Try turning off all of the non-woo plugins, switch to a clean default theme like 2014. Test. if good, add 1 module back, retest, etc…
