Bug | Plugin Description

The logic used for your plugins’ description (as shown in WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins) needs to be reviewed and fixed.

When both (or the appropriate) plugins are installed (e.g., MailPoet and MailPoet Premium), the “Required by” and “Requires” fields should not be present. Additionally, these fields consume screen space that many can use for other purposes.

Suggestions:

1. The “Required by” and “Requires” fields should only appear when the proper conditions are not met. Users can figure out the rest — as usual 🙂
2. “Required by” field: Convert “MailPoet Premium” to a link.
3. “Requires” field: To be consistent with the “Required by” field, change “MailPoet – Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation to “MailPoet Free” or simply, “Mailpoet“.
