• Hello!

Please i am getting an internal server error on more than one domain of mine when attempting to delete your plugin.

Is it any solution to this?

Thanks in advance for you help!

P.S: Only your plugin is hitting the internal error upon deletion, the rest of my plugins are working perfectly.

There’s a bug in the uninstall. We have a fix coming soon. You’ll have to upgrade to delete.

When we release .9.7, update to that version and the delete should work.

    Thanks for your clarification.

When do you expect the update will get released?

    Hello!

    Please, i need your help!

The uninstall or “delete” feature is still not working even after updating my WordPress and your plugin. It is giving me the same internal error.

Can you teach me how to delete it manually from the cPanel / file manager?

Apart from deleting the files from the plugins folder, which changes should i make to the database?

Thanks in advance for your help!

We have been dealing with some uninstall issues for a couple weeks now or so. We think that instead of including uninstall in the plug-in itself, we are going to release a separate plug-in for the removal. Mostly, this will prevent accidental deletion of data and it should be easier and cleaner as far as how it works. We will do our best to get that released as soon as possible, but it might be a little bit delayed because of the holidays. In the meantime, it is perfectly fine to deactivate and remove the plug-in through FTP. It will leave behind a few tables in your database.
