    It would be much more helpful if this were left as a support request, rather than a review 🙂

    Did you download the ZIP, then attempt to upload it? Or was this downloaded directly in the WordPress plugin admin area?

    It is totally unfair to leave a review for a bug instead of a support request. I would suggest you to update the review rating once the issue resolved by the developer.
