Bug Report: Plugin incompatibility with WordPress Multisite on OpenLite

    Dear Developer of Independent Analytics,

    I am writing to report that your plugin is not compatible with the WordPress Multisite version. My server environment is running OpenLiteSpeed.

    The plugin triggers a critical error and a “White Screen of Death” when attempting to access the settings within the Network Admin section. The specific error message displayed is: “I can’t load independent-analytics.”

    Please find more details in the attached screenshots.

    Environment details:

    • WordPress: Multisite
    • Web Server: OpenLiteSpeed
    • OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about this error.

    Please try visiting this hidden page on your website:

    yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius

    From there, click the Clear API Cache button and then Sync Data From Server, and then try revisiting the Independent Analytics menu item.

    If you still see an error, it would be great if you could enable error logging and share the full PHP error message you receive here. If you are uncomfortable with sharing it here, you can email it to us at [email protected] instead and we can continue assisting you there.
