Bug Report regarding v2.0

First off: Thoroughly enjoying the quiz plugin! However, since v2.0 I have encountered a couple of issues.

1. Text-based Answers. Even if answered correctly, the Quiz Fail Content is diplayed, although “1/1 – 100%” is also shown.
2. The exact same goes for “Select All That Applies – Text”

Am I doing something horribly and obvious wrong,? It did work as intended before the update.
