Thanks a lot for spotting this issue, although its a warning not an error ( in a production, well configured server, this warning should never appeared ).

Suggestion – You can also include an option to include/exclude certain categories. That would enhance the usability of this plugin.
Sure that’s a good idea. But if some products of the order belongs to an excluded category and some other not, should be cod restricted or not? What’s your opinion?

You can either give an option to choose that or keep the COD restricted if any product from an excluded category is selected.
