Bug showing hits

This fix is here: http://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ticket/2092
It takes care of three issues:
1. The hit count does not display (‘on’ should be ‘yes’).
2. The link title is not fully escaped.
3. The cookie check can cause a warning when WP_DEBUG is on.
