If so, caching is set to clear every hour or upon update of a testimonial that’s been cached.

Actually it’s not the premium version I think, it’s the regular version I’ve installed few month ago, I did not noticed any issue since these recents updates ? I have the latest version.

Are you using limit, category or tags?
What’s the complete shortcode or theme function that you are using?
Have you tried disabling plugins one by one to see if rotation happens again?
Besides those questions, there’s JavaScript issues. You should try to clear those up. Use Developer Tools and view the Console in your browser.

I have deactivated plugins, it seems that the issue come from JETPACK but I can’t figure out wich plugin from jetpack should I deactivate and I need jet pack actually…
I’m using simply this short code on pages, [testimonialswidget_widget]
and I must say that since the issue appears I have ” ” symbols surrounding each testimonial as you can see… what you think ?

For the quotes removal, see FAQ 13.
For JetPack, I’m guessing it’s the sharing aspect. Trying disabling that and see if that helps.
If you need that part, then try using Socialable instead.

1st ISSUE FIXED THANKS,
Deactivating “Jetpack’s sharing” didn’t fix, but deactivating “Jetpack’s Shortcode Embeds” fixed the issue.
Regarding the quote, FAQ13, there is not .testimonialwidget in style.css but only .testimonials and I didn’t find anything related to the blockquote, I don’t have custom.css in my template ! What do you suggest ?

For the quotes removal, you add that FAQ 13 CSS to your theme’s style.css file.

Michael, finally, I’m affraid it’s not totally fixed
Actually the rotation is blocked by “jet pack’s shortcode embeb” but if I deactive this, my sound clound player that is already integrated on all pages not working anymore… so don’t really know what’s best to do, on the previous versions of testimonials it use to work perfectly….any ideas ?

I need a way to debug what you’ve got going on. Could you please provide me with the URL of a page in which testimonials widget is active, but not rotating as desired, with Jetpack’s embed active?
Which shortcode specifically are you working with from JetPack?

Actually the rotating is working perfectly on my two site, the only issue I have is on this page, I can’t think why it’s not showed on the upper right side like for the other pages :
