Just run the latest update, only to realize that the theme I have set up was OVERWRITTEN!

Why the h*k do I have the option to set up other themes, if on any update you overwrite them ?!??!?!

Please correct this, this is a BUG !

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. We have fixed some miner Styling issues(CSS) in our latest update. Could you please check again after clearing browser cache.

If the issue still persists please raise a ticket on our support portal at http://directsupport.me/open.php and provide us site dashboard credentials on the ticket, so we can look into it.

    Thank You.

I have the feeling that you did not understand me …

The whole theme folder I have set up initially VANISHED from the server! after the update. I checked that over ftp, what could a browser cache change on that ?!?!

Are you sure you are testing the plugin before releasing the updates ?!

I am not providing you with any dashborad credentials, I have described VERY CLEARLY what happened, so all you have to do is LOOK INTO IT!

    Hi candy2012 (@candy2012),

Did you created the new themes inside your WordPress theme directory or within ProfileGrid plugin themes directory?

This bug was reported few weeks ago and we had introduced child theme structure in ProfileGrid since then. ProfileGrid supports themes created and saved inside:

    [your current theme directory]/profilegrid-user-profiles-groups-and-communities/themes”

I am sorry you had to face this issue, and we wish to work with you to fix this asap.

    HI,
I had it in the plugin directory, moved it to the theme now.
We’ll see how it goes after the next update

    Thank you
