BUG: User Notification Settings Erased Upon Save

    Hi there, thanks for the great plugin!

    There seems to be a bug where if you have the “Allow Users to control their own Email Users settings.” setting unchecked and a user saves their profile, the notification options get blanked out.

    It would be great to get that fixed!
