Bug Visual Composer Tabs

Hello,
I have a problem with the tabs of visual composer, can not change tabs, the click is inactive and I have an error js:

$ us.WTabs is undefined

I do not have visual composer support, because it came with the ZEPHYR Theme, for which the support is no longer active.

Could someone have a similar problem and help me?
