Looking at your error log, the main issue preventing your backup is a memory exhaustion error. Your site is hitting the 128MB PHP memory limit when trying to create the backup.

Increase your PHP memory limit by adding this line to your wp-config.php file (add it before the line that says “That’s all, stop editing!”):
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit at the server level.

your right, thanks a lot, i don’t know why but when i changed the php version, my hosting set the minimum for the memory.
