Hello, finally an answer from you! I sent several messages describing the problem but no response. You answer me because I gave your plugin a bad note for a bug that seems obvious, I don’t understand how you let such an error pass.
I have been waiting for a response from support for the reported bugs for almost a month but no response.
I’ve sent multiple requests 41298 , 41304 , 41310 and none have gotten a response. It’s not normal to leave your customers unanswered.
Unfortunately, none of these tickets are displayed in our system.
This is a separate topic of why this happened.

I am writing to you because there is a bug in your ultimate maps pro plugin. When on the map 2 icons overlap and you want to click on the one behind I uncheck the section that displays the icon above to make it hidden so I see the icon that was behind the first one. I click on the icon to display the insert. But the inset that appears is the hidden icon. Why is the hidden icon link still active? This is not normal. Why aren’t the icon links disabled when the icon is hidden ?

This is a general bug for the map engine. We have created a bug report on this situation.
As soon as there is new information, we will make an announcement.
P.S. PRO version has nothing to do with this resource. Only free versions of the plugin are discussed here.

We are already dealing with this issue. Everything related to the PRO plugin is regulated through the site and our forum. Only the Free version of the plugin is discussed here.
