• Hi all,
Just reporting an issue I came across with the free SEOPress plugin version 3.3.4 and Themes that allow you to hide the page title on particular pages. I am using Astra Theme 1.62 When you disable the page title it is removed from the source code (meaning you can add another H1 if you want). However SEOPress in pages where the page title is disabled
and another H1 has been added, shows an error in the SEOPress metabox “You should not use a H1 heading in your post content because your post title is already an H1”.
My understanding is that this is incorrect as the page title H1 has been disabled(removed). I am ignoring the error message but wondered if anybody else has come across this issue?

    Hi,
uh what about the title tag if you don’t have a post title???
    How the permalink is generated??

Can you share a link with this kind of example?
    Thank you!

    Hi Benjamin,
    Link is test.topdogswalking.com.au
All pages (except for Privacy) have page title disabled (Astra Theme function) and I have added my own H1. All pages show error in SEOPress meta box except for Home,Pricing,Services and Who We Are.
    cheers
